- Consultation / booking form: name, mobile/WhatsApp number, country, project type, project size, optional details.
- Lead-magnet form: name, WhatsApp number, email.
- Newsletter subscription: name, email.
- WhatsApp conversations: when you contact us, we retain the conversation for client-service purposes.
(b) Data collected automatically
- Operational cookies: required for the site to function and to remember your preferences.
- Analytics data: pages visited, visit duration, device type, referral source — via Google Analytics 4 once enabled.
- Meta Pixel: to measure the effectiveness of Facebook/Instagram advertising once enabled.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Responding to your inquiries and bookings during business hours (Sun–Thu, 9 AM – 6 PM Cairo time / GMT+2).
- Sending the free guide and any newsletters you subscribe to.
- Improving the site and user experience based on analytics data.
- Measuring advertising performance on Meta and Google platforms.
- Complying with legal and tax obligations in Egypt.
3. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your data to any third party. We share data only with the following processors:
- Netlify Forms: to receive form submissions (consultation, lead-magnet, newsletter).
- WhatsApp Business: for direct communication after form submission.
- Google Analytics 4: anonymised site analytics.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram): ad measurement (Pixel + Conversions API).
- Our partner Certified Public Accounting (CPA) office: only for formally engaged clients, and only as required for service delivery.
- Government authorities: only upon valid legal request (Egyptian Tax Authority, judicial bodies).
4. Cross-Border Data Transfers (Gulf Clients)
If you are based in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman, your data will be processed in Egypt (where our office and CPA partner are located) and on servers operated by Netlify (United States) for website infrastructure. We apply contractual safeguards and operational controls consistent with international good practice.
5. Data Protection
- The site uses HTTPS encryption (Let's Encrypt SSL certificate).
- Financial and accounting data for engaged clients is stored in secured systems with regular backups.
- Access is restricted to the specialists working on your file.
- We follow applicable Egyptian data-protection standards and align with international principles (GDPR-equivalent) for Gulf-based clients.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your data (except where legal retention is required).
- Unsubscribe: opt out of the newsletter at any time via WhatsApp or by emailing us.
- Objection / restriction: object to or restrict processing for marketing purposes.

7. Cookies
We use two categories of cookies:
- Essential: required for the site to function (e.g., remembering preferences). Cannot be disabled.

Our services are intended for adults (18+) in the agricultural and livestock-production sectors. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
