1. Definitions
- "Company" or "we": Farm Account — a UPSkill Group company registered in Egypt.
- "User" or "Client": any individual or entity using the website or our services.
- "Services": accounting, advisory, farm management, feasibility studies, tax planning, and any service offered on the site.
2. Nature of the Services
We provide specialist accounting and advisory services to the agricultural, livestock, and crop-production sectors in Egypt — with reporting and engagement formats suited to MENA investors. Services include (but are not limited to):
- Bookkeeping and monthly financial reporting
- Feasibility studies for agricultural projects
- Tax planning and compliance
- Operations management and farm setup
- Investor and partner reporting
3. Complimentary Discovery Call
We offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call for prospective clients. This call does not constitute an engagement and does not bind either party. It is an opportunity to understand each other and assess fit.
4. Engagement & Pricing
- The packages shown on the site (Farm Starter 8,000 EGP / Farm Growth 25,000 EGP / Farm Enterprise 50,000–80,000 EGP) are indicative prices. Final pricing is set after scoping.
- A formal engagement is established by a written contract signed by both parties, detailing: services, duration, fees, payment terms, and termination mechanics.
- Payment terms: in advance or per a written instalment schedule defined in the contract. Bank transfer, USD-denominated invoices for Gulf clients, and Egyptian-pound payments accepted.
- Instalment plans are available for "Growth" and "Enterprise" tiers under defined terms.
5. Out of Scope
Services do not include anything not expressly stated in the contract. In particular:
- Materials & supplies: feed, medicine, raw materials — at the client's expense.
- Salaries & day labour: we manage and hire, but payroll is funded from the farm's budget.
- Land & equipment: we manage and coordinate; cost is borne by the owner.
- Government fees & taxes: we prepare the paperwork; fees are paid by the client.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Pre-engagement: cancellation is free with no obligation.
- Post-engagement, pre-commencement: full refund within 7 days of signing.
- After work commences: refund is calculated pro-rata based on completed work, transparently computed under the contract.
- Cancellation requires at least 14 days' written notice via official email.
7. Company Liability
We commit to the highest professional and quality standards. Nonetheless:
- Advice and recommendations are based on information provided by the client and current market conditions. External changes (market, regulation, climate) are outside our control.
- We are not responsible for investment decisions taken by the client based on feasibility studies — these are advisory recommendations.
- The maximum financial liability of the Company, in the event of proven fault, equals the amount paid under the relevant service contract.
- Information published in articles and free guides is educational content and not bespoke legal or accounting advice for your specific situation.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete data about the farm/project.
- Adhere to scheduled visits, reports, and meetings.
- Cooperate with the team and grant access to the land and books.
- Pay on the schedule defined in the contract.
- Promptly report any material change to project conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content (articles, guides, reports, designs, logos) is the property of Farm Account and protected by intellectual-property rights. Personal use is permitted. Commercial use or republication requires written permission.
10. Confidentiality
We commit to absolute confidentiality of every client's financial and operational data. This commitment continues indefinitely, even after the contract ends. (See our Privacy Policy for details.)
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute is first addressed by amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, it shall be referred to the competent courts of Cairo. For Gulf-based clients, alternative arbitration in DIFC (Dubai) or ADGM (Abu Dhabi) may be agreed in writing within the engagement contract.
12. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Engaged clients are notified at least 30 days before any amendment takes effect. Continued use of the site after an amendment constitutes acceptance.
